Here’s how to Lunge & Embody Love.

Follow the symbols on the Chi Mat. Start with hips parallel.

Reach left hand to left buttock, thigh, calf or ankle whichever feels most supportive as you ease into the stretch and slide forward freeing your hips.

Move slowly and mindfully to prevent a crunch in the low back, make sure to push hips forward and lift the heart center to the sky at the same time.

Raise the heal, extend through the fingertips, surrender your heart, melt into the universe, become one with Cosmic Love.

Take 5 uplifting soulful breathes into your heart. Stretch both left and rights (L&R) sides of the body using symmetrical symbols.
